What You’ll Do:

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects for a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.

• Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Build trusted client relationships by delivering proactive, tailored advice that drives success.

What You Bring:

• A passion for problem-solving and delivering value to clients.
• Solid experience in public accounting with a focus on tax (4+ years preferred).
• CPA certification (or actively working toward it).
• Expertise in tax preparation software and the latest accounting tools.
• A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and an eye for detail.
