Hiring Now: Audit Managers & Senior Audit Managers

We are actively hiring Audit Managers and Senior Managers for our Bay Area and San Diego offices, with start dates in Spring 2025 (April – June).

Qualifications / Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of audit experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license (mandatory for all Managers)
• Expertise in technology, venture capital, startups, private clients, UHNW individuals, and advisory-focused audit work
• Experience auditing privately held tech & software companies preparing for acquisition or IPO (next 3-5 years)
• Exposure to small SEC practices, IPO readiness, and employee benefit plan (EBP) audits
• Ability to provide strategic financial guidance while managing complex audits
