Tax Associate/Tax Supervisor who is driven by a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of tax law and optimize their financial outcomes. This role allows you to develop your skills, lead client engagements, and mentor junior associates in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Job Title: Tax Senior/SR. Tax Associate/Tax Supervisor

Locations: San Diego & Irvine, CA - (Hybrid Schedule)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, closely-held businesses, and partnerships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Provide strategic tax planning insights and recommendations, enhancing client relationships and identifying additional services that can bring value.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of tax professionals, guiding and coaching team members to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
• Stay on top of current tax laws and developments, implementing changes and best practices across your projects.
• Support business development initiatives by engaging with clients, networking, and promoting our firm’s comprehensive tax and advisory services.

What You Bring:

• CPA license (or on track to obtain) and a minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, with experience managing multi-state and multi-entity returns.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client relationships simultaneously.
• A collaborative spirit, passion for mentorship, and desire to grow within a forward-thinking team.

• $75-110,000/year + starting year 1 salary, flexibility
