Hiring Now: Tax Managers

Locations: Reno, NV (Hybrid-Schedule, 2-3 days max in office)

The Role: We're seeking experienced Tax Managers who are ready to step into a leadership role—managing client relationships, reviewing complex returns, supervising staff, and driving strategic tax planning. This is an opportunity to work with a wide range of clients including closely held businesses, partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and individuals.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• CPA license in good standing
• 6+ years of recent public accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a manager or supervisory role
• Strong expertise in federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with tax software such as CCH Axcess or similar platforms

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience in real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth clients
• Exposure to international tax or trust and estate taxation
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
• Salary Range: $125-165,000 (DOE - Flexible pending exp)
