What You’ll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Review and oversee complex tax engagements, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Inspire Teams: Manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across offices, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Elevate Client Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, delivering tailored strategies that address their unique needs.
• Drive Growth: Lead business development initiatives, networking efforts, and relationship-building to expand our client base.

What You’ll Bring

• 15+ years of experience working in a reputable CPA, accounting, tax firm
• CPA is mandatory
• MSA or MST preferred
• Extensive experience in public accounting and tax consulting with a focus on HNW clients.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Strong business development acumen and a growth-oriented mindset.
